1. Digital Product Refund Eligibility

• Technical Issue: The digital download link is broken, or the downloaded files are corrupted and you cannot access the content. We will first attempt to resolve the technical issue by providing a new download link. If the issue persists, we will issue a full refund.
• Non-Delivery: You did not receive the email with the download link due to an incorrect email address provided at checkout, and you did not contact us within 7 days to correct the issue.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following circumstances:

• Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind or decided the product is not what you expected, and there are no issues with the download or file quality, we cannot offer a refund.
• Recipe Results: If you followed the recipes and were not satisfied with the final food outcome. Recipe preparation is beyond our control, as results can vary based on ingredients, equipment, and technique.
• After 7 Days: Refund requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date will not be honored.
• Partial Use: If you have downloaded or accessed more than 50% of the purchased recipe collection, we consider it fully used and refunds are not available.
